  The staff was very nice and polite to me, and Dr Tayyab was very honest with me and I appreciated that. It is clear she is an intelligent woman and I am glad that I found a psychiatrist like her. I don't really understand some of these reviews, I never had any problems involving rudeness or bills or etc. In fact the staff was very helpful and accommodating to me when I needed help because I screwed up or didn't know what something meant.

  Between playing phone tag with the office staff just to get my medication and Greenbaums's inability to give me the phychoeducation I needed, this office was a disaster for my personal growth. Do better.

  I don’t normally make reviews but I felt like I needed to. My old therapist there Mary Pat was okay. She didn’t provide many coping mechanisms for me that were helpful but talking to her did make me feel better. Honestly I felt not much different being in therapy compared to out of therapy. My issue is with Dr. Tayyab. I had seen her for a few years on and off. Throughout that time, she kept adding on new medications and increasing the doses. Every few months I would feel worse again and again, and we increase the dosage. I’m at the point where I’m taking extremely high doses of a lot of medications that are not helping much. I just saw a new psychiatrist and she was in shock at the doses of medications I am taking. She is very worried for me weaning off of these because it can cause seizures. This was never told to me while she kept increasing the dosage appointment after appointment. It is going to be a long process that will take months to get me off of some of these medications. I have heard this is an issue other people have had as well from other reviews and people I know. I would not recommend seeing her. Update: It’s been another two months off since this review and I’ve weaned off of one of my meds and am on half the dose of the mood stabilizer. I am feeling sooo much better than I did on the high doses of my medications. I’m honestly very upset by the care I got here and the fact that I was put on such high doses of the meds.

  I have been going to Dr. Tyabb for over a decade and I love her. She is very quick to work, and if I see her in every day life, she is very approachable, remembers who you are, and she is very friendly. The staff respond to voice messages quickly and send perscriptions off quickly to the pharmacy. I would highly recommend this office.

  I’ve had nothing but TERRIBLE things experiences dealing with the receptionist Tiffany and Candy. They are rude to clients on the phone and Tiffany refused to let me make an appt. She also cancelled my appt and declined my request to speak with my doctor. She told me my only options of making an appt is to wait for another person to cancel and get me in last minute. I let her know due to my work schedule I work during the week so that is not an option for me. She continued to say “well your appt is canceled and you have no other options”. You guys need to do better and treat these clients better, knowing their mental state. Terrible individuals.
