Had to make an appointment in person as no one called me back or acknowledged my online attempt to make one. They used my insurance benefits incorrectly on my exam coverage and didn’t apply the current $150 offer on contacts they advertised they were offering. Lastly, I didn’t even receive the correct contact lenses I paid for. Don’t bother with this place. 😕

I went a year ago and the employee insisted that she applied my insurance and it was barely covering any of the frame. I tried on LensCrafters and got my real insurance discount. Now a year later, I am being inundated with texts, calls, emails, and a physical letter saying that they made an appointment for me and asking me to confirm. I’ve had to opt out of everything individually to make them stop. I’m never going back.
