Took my regular Tuesday night class with Mike P and it's now Thursday evening and I stilI feel the tiny lat muscles and the targeted abs work we focused on (the other body parts too!). Mike's classes inspire me - my confidence is boosted when I do a move I was afraid to do, with strength I didn't know I have! Mike's a gift to CP!
