I was pleasantly surprised with my visit and the I did not have a long wait; the doctor and the gentleman that performed my vision test were both awesome. Also, the young lady that helped me view and select the perfect frames is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - her name is Samantha and she provided excellent service. The ladies at the front desk are amazing as well, they helped me with directions. Just one thing...it would be even better if the more expensive choices were not automatically added and quoted. I was able to get better pricing and a discount so it all worked out. 5 stars!

We used our vision plan's benefit to purchase contacts at that time. I recently ordered contacts elsewhere (due to price) but did call LensCrafters last week to use our 2026 vision benefit coverage to order contacts from them as well (only enough from LensCrafters to use what insurance would cover). Great experience every time, all the way around. Will continue to get eye care, etc... at LensCrafters.
