Had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, thanks to April! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. April took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for April if you visit.

Reception front desk help needed, I made 2 online appts but 1 canceled reason given wasn’t confirmed, I have went to this location for the last 4-5 years never had to confirm an appointment why was 1 appt but not the 2nd. Would assume was a manager in charge at that time had an Unprofessional attitude, rolled eyes while being on the phone who the clerk looked to for guidance. Proceed with caution

Exams were normal. Staff was nice although it was difficult to keep myself and my daughter's together as we were all getting exams, they wanted to separate us. Later on another day we went to look a frames. Apparently its store policy to only get help with measurements of the frames "if" we buy their frames. I get it...but we paid for their services, they should be willing to help with glasses and fitment even if we weren't going to buy their overpriced glasses. We'll be getting our exams done elsewhere from now on.

When I first arrived, I was greeted by someone who was not the friendliest. They seemed annoyed because it was the end of their shift and I did not “feel the love”. I must say, I was reluctant to stay and continue my business there but I’m glad I did because that means I wouldn’t have had the pleasure of working with April. I had such a wonderful experience with April. She went above and beyond, she exceeded my expectations. She was genuinely very helpful and attentive, she did not once make us feel like another business transaction. She was personable and took the time to explain all insurance benefits. What I didn’t know was that it was almost April’s time to leave home for the day as well but not once did she seem upset at the fact that she went past her time. By the end of her helping us, my son’s jokingly called her Aunt April, cause she treated us like family. I’d also like to recognize Toni, she stepped in when I had to use multiple forms of payments. She wanted to make sure if anything went wrong, it would not fall on April. Toni was also very helpful and kind. Thank you ladies, I look forward to working with you again when it’s mom’s turn for glasses. God bless you!

I had a wonderful experience here! April provided me with so much assistance, answered all my questions and was able to get me the most value for my money. She definitely deserves a raise and all the praise (as well as the employee discount for the Gucci glasses 🤣) My doctor was great as well. I’ll always shop here for my eye wear.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
