Trauma has many faces from domestic violence, to a history of abuse (medical/childhood/physical/emotional/verbal/sexual), PTSD, identity issues, depression/ anxiety, major life events, long term stress, just being a teen, being a parent, and even relationships. My laid back and down to earth approach to the importance of men’s mental health and communication, make it easier for guys to accept getting help and be successful. I'm not here to 'fix' you, I'm here to help you learn how to help yourself.
