They failed to tell me that the multifocal contact lense fitting is considered premium. II had no idea there was a difference. I expected to pay a $30 contact lense fitting fee per my insurance. But their "premium".... Which didn't seem any different was $75! I was like it would have been nice to have been Informed of that prior. Having been the first time in multifocal I had no idea and feel they should have been proactive in telling me the fee was more than double what I expected!
