- GMget moneyJul 30, 20201.0I do not recommend Addus/Joliet as they use deceptive tactics to lure new clients. Care Coordinator Harriet & Supervisor Maria Davila returned phone calls until a caregiver was assigned. The caregiver showed up 45 min late, leaves early, calls off last minute, sits on her cell phone instead of servicing the client, and no one from Addus responds to switch the caregiver when you reach out about concerns. They take advantage of the elderly.
