  Recently refreshed equipment. Got rid of things many people loved and kept or added things nobody uses. Frustrating, but it a nice place. Clean. Simple. Many options for great workouts. Good trainers. Rarely crowded.

  The gym is great, When it comes down to the Membership part they will make sure they make their money. I had a gym membership and I came to cancel about two months ago, but for some reason today they decided to take another payment for two months and said there is nothing that can be done about it. I think it’s unprofessional to be charging an excessive amount on a membership and on top of that after you came in to cancel they don’t have “paper trail” of you coming in. Only reason I’m on here is because the same thing happened about 2 years ago with this same Gym but I still decided to give it another chance.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Steer clear of northwestern healthbridge in huntley. Had my account on pause until my son gets here they charged me two months and the 10$ the account hold instead of just 10$ account hold. I explain to the lady over the phone what if my account overdrafts because of your mistake who pays that? She argued with me for 5 minutes that’s not how banks work to then admit she actually wouldn’t know because the only thing she would see is if they’re processed or not. After arguing with me and telling me I didn’t understand MY BANK she told me to cancel and then within seconds shes backtracking when she finds out I was gonna add more people to my plan in the future and tries to reconcile with me. Then explains to me that they have had tons of issues recently with this happening and people getting double charged. Best part is I called 3 weeks earlier to put this account on hold and was on the phone for 30 minutes for them to make a dumb mistake and to have to call and be on the phone again today. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHECK YOUR GRANDPARENTS ACCOUNT. Lots of people that go there are senior citizens as well wouldn’t surprise me if they are double charging more then just me and there’s no way for there system to catch it either and then they want to process it back to you in 5 business days. Joke of a gym and joke of a business. You don’t argue with customers when you are in the wrong and continue to show the bad business you have already shown.

  The monthly fees are reasonable, especially If you're considering LT as an alternative.
