  We were members for 6 years, the facility has wonderful equipment that is very dirty. I've been staring at the same toe nail clippings and water stains for months. The facility is very poorly cleaned. Staff is very rude. Kidzone is very poorly managed. The kidzone is run by mainly teenagers who do not have experience with children. They discipline your children without your consent. The communication is horrible. We were members for 6 years and the last year has been hell in the kidzone. The management does not care to change the staff to ones who actually like children and care about children. Before this past year it was no issues. We finally left and couldn't be happier my child doesn't have to endure being bullied and ridiculed by teenagers. 5 kidzone kids we know left in the past 6 months and I wish we would've listened to all the parents sooner, they were right. The outdoor pool was very poorly maintained and cold this year. The indoor pool ventilation they've never fixed in the past 6 years, including the family locker rooms (so careful not to faint in those showers)

  i’m just wondering why a fitness club that’s attached to the hospital is the only place that does not accept silver sneakers for seniors is it due to the fact that they don’t like senior members as a matter of fact I called and they says well you could always go to lifetime fitness they have it and so does the Y and so does planet fitness everyone else seems to have it but them you would think they take a look at helping to keep their seniors in the community fit

  front desk workers are mean and Not customer friendly, they harass you (intimidate you) they follow you around (into the locker rooms) until you speak out and then ask you to leave once you voice your opinions. Everyday I feel like I am harassed and made to feel unwelcome. If you arrive at 11:57 to get a pool pass they make you wait till 12:00pm before they issue the passes.(very inconvenient). I complained, Then they followed me into the locker rooms, waited for me to get done, then continued to intimidate me by following me around. I complained again for them being rude and used vulgar language which is not allowed and asked to leave. I gathered my things and on the way out I saw they called the police to have me escorted off their property. These people don’t know how to de-escalate situations and only know how to kick people out. They aren’t customer friendly. The personal trainers are professional & friendly but the people running and managing the downstairs all need to be fired or retrained on how to be customer service friendly.

  Very disappointed. They are misleading customers about the pool. What they advertise is not what you actually get. I feel completely misled and would not recommend this place.NEVER

  Recently refreshed equipment. Got rid of things many people loved and kept or added things nobody uses. Frustrating, but it a nice place. Clean. Simple. Many options for great workouts. Good trainers. Rarely crowded.
