  Do not go here, do NOT GO HERE! My first bad encounter here was with one of the staff telling me to sit down like I was a child and when I informed her I was waiting on the other lady to give me my glasses back she didn’t like that answer and proceeded to tell the eye doctor as if I was the problem. My next bad encounter which I didn’t realize at the time was when I picked up my glasses. I spent so much time in the store looking for glasses that were smaller then my current pair (asking one lady to measure the lenses) only to find out they were not when I picked up my glasses and the lenses didn’t look as thin as expected. Then I was told I could find another frame, the new frame was cheaper, but then she tells me I still have to pay the original amount I owed for the first frame. I contacted corporate asking for the policy regarding refunds and there is no policy. I also want to mention, the second pair of glasses are on the brand’s website for $100 less. Do go to any location tbh

  On Feb.3rd 2026, I went to this Pearle Vision for a DM eye exam & possibly purchase eyeglasses. The staff & doctor's experience, Dr. Bessie Anthony was very nice!! But after picking out some frames ( (less than $200), I was quoted a price of $600 (after my insurance) for some glasses!!! I'm on a fixed income( I don't make $1000/month)!! So I didn't buy anything...I only had $300 to put down on the glasses...but was told I would have to pay that I would have to pay the full balance!!! So I left!!! On July 2nd, I called & asked if I could get a copy of my eye exam, to take to another eye glass place closer to my home. The young lady was very nice & I had the Rx in my email within 2 hrs!! But because of things happening in my life @ that time, I didn't get the time to ask my daughter to print it out for me!!! On Aug 3rd, I tried to pull up the Rx in my Email, but the link said it had expired...I thought the date was Aug.6th , but it had expired on Aug. 2nd!!! So I called Pearle Vision again to request another copy of my Rx, but was told that I couldn't get another copy because I owed them $49 for some pictures that the Dr. took during my eye exam!!! Why am I just hearing about this...I had the money to pay them during my initial appt., I've never received a bill, a text or a Email stating that I owed them any money...since Feb!!! Nor was it brought up in July, when I first requested a copy of my Rx!!! Now a month later...U won't give me a copy of my Rx, because I owe U $49!!! When asked why I never received any bill or notice regarding this...she said "Oh, we don't send out bills or anything regarding past due payments"!!!🤯 How are people suppose to know that they owe U money, if U don't notify them,,, now in Aug. when I asked for another copy of my Rx, suddenly I owe U $49 for some pictures the Dr. took in Feb?!?! I also asked, why wasn't I told in July, when I first requested & received a copy of my Rx...with NO problem?!?!🤔😯 I found this very suspicious & told her that I was going to report this to corporate & she proceeded to tell me to go right ahead!!👀🤨 I don't know if this is a scam or what...but I think it's very unprofessional & not any kind of GOOD customer service!!! 😤 I'm now in the process of filling out a complaint form to Pearle Vision corporate!!!

  Terrible customer service and very unhelpful. Called looking for METAL women's BLACK frames specifically, the lady decides to give me the sku for plastic frames she probably randomly picked up. When I told her those weren't it, she basically said oh well and to come in. I'm not wasting an hour driving if you can't even give me correct info and don't care. Seems like the rest of the reviewers aren't wrong about the lack of customer service
