- RBraveesh bhartiMay 11, 20261.0Extremely poor customer service, it was my first time to this store. I bought Gift Card of 15$ and they charged me 50$. I realized immediately in the store, billing guy directed me to customer service. There was nobody at the counter, i waited patiently. When person arrived who happens to be store manager, she said you pressed the accept button. Initially I thought I did, but then I recalled and I denied as there was no button to press.There billing system for gift card is tricky, they punch the amount post all transactions. She could have easily given me store credit, but she wanted to give hard time to us by holding for 30min. I get it, you don’t want my business and I will never come back or refer anybody. Thanks.
