  I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Moran and her entire team. From the very first consultation to the final appointment, they listened to every detail of what I wanted and made me feel like my vision truly mattered. They paid close attention to every imperfection and took the time to create a smile that looks natural, feels incredible, and honestly exceeded my expectations. My veneers are absolutely perfect. What sets this practice apart, though, is the people. The office has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that never feels corporate or rushed. Every smile is genuine, every "good morning" is heartfelt, and you can tell the team truly enjoys taking care of their patients. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.   When I was 14, I bit into a fork and destroyed part of my front tooth, leaving a noticeable gap. For years I lived with a composite patch over the damage; functional, but never right. I spent a large portion of my life self-conscious about it. I had seen other dentists. None of them could fix it in a way that looked natural. That’s where Dr. Michael Kowalczyk set himself apart. His background in both cosmetic and general family dentistry makes him the equivalent of a plastic surgeon in the dental world. He accomplished what no other dentist before him could: he made my front tooth not only functional again, but completely undetectable. It looks as though the damage never happened. What makes him truly unique is that he has the cosmetic skills to give you a smile that looks brand new, while also being a skilled, trustworthy general dentist who has handled my routine care and fillings for years. I want to be clear: Dr. Mike doesn’t ask for reviews, and there are no incentives for writing one. I am not someone who goes out of their way to leave reviews unless someone has genuinely gone above and beyond. That is exactly what Dr. Mike and his entire staff have done. What I appreciate most is that despite the enormous success of his practice, he remains completely humble and fully devoted to his patients. He remembers personal details about your life. He takes the time to make things right. He has no off days, no bad moments and his cheerful demeanor is entirely genuine, not performative. It’s refreshing to see someone with that level of success still care this much about the people sitting in his chair. People say you can tell a lot about someone by the people they surround themselves with. One visit to this office proves that saying true. From Donna, the office manager, to every member of the staff, you immediately feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Donna is the gold standard of customer service and sets the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment you walk through the door. In a world full of fake reviews and paid incentives, this office lets the quality of their work and the depth of their human connection speak for itself. I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust, especially if you’re someone who dreads going to the dentist. Finding a dentist who doesn’t just make small talk, who actually knows you and cares about your outcome, is not easy. When you think Hinsdale, you think upscale and, don’t get me wrong, the office is beautiful, but what genuinely surprised me is the warmth and the love Dr. Mike has for his profession. That’s something a lot of people in his position lose over time, and he hasn’t lost any of that passion. There is a difference between a dentist who is good at their job and one who is genuinely invested in you. Dr. Mike is the latter. Every time I look in the mirror, I see the work of someone who genuinely cares about getting things right. What once felt like a flaw I’ve carried since childhood is now something I never think about at all. That’s a gift, and it’s one I’ll always associate with Dr. Mike and his team.

  I can’t say enough great things about Hinsdale Dentistry. I called on a weekend when the office was closed, in severe tooth pain and not knowing where to turn. Dr. Michael actually took my call personally on a Saturday when at home with his kids and went out of his way to refer me to an excellent specialist who got me in quickly later that day for a root canal. That kind of above and beyond care on a weekend for a patient said everything about the character of this practice. Since then, I’ve been seeing Dr. Dyoco for follow-up care, and she is simply outstanding. She completed my root canal and has helped me with several other dental needs since. What sets her apart isn’t just her skill - it’s how genuinely she cares about her patients. She’s kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed at every step. You can tell she’s motivated by doing the right thing for her patients, not just going through the motions. And she’s fun to talk to as well. This is a practice run by good people who truly care. I’m so glad I found them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
