  I’ve had many massages in my lifetime, but honestly, nothing compares to the experience I had at Therapeutic Kneads in Highland Park with JESSI. She is, without question, the most incredible massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her technique, expertise, and ability to balance a gentle yet firm touch was exactly what my body needed. I originally came in dealing with thoracic back pain, specifically, in rhomboid major muscle region, and Jessi truly knew how to work the area properly. She was able to really knead into my rhomboids and release tension in a way that brought immediate relief without ever feeling too aggressive or uncomfortable. You can tell she genuinely understands the body and pays close attention to what you’re needing. I spent 120 minutes (2hours) with her during the Himalayan salt stone massage, and the entire experience felt therapeutic from start to finish. The warmth from the salt stones provided deep muscle relaxation for me while also improving blood circulation and melting stress away. I also opted for the CBD oil, which paired perfectly with the treatment. Between the warmth of the stones, the pressure work, and the calming environment, I could literally feel my muscles start to decompress and even out. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the scalp and foot treatments. That honestly brought me into another dimension entirely. I was able to completely relax, clear my mind, and meditate throughout the service, which made the entire experience even more restorative. I’m so glad I found Jessi and Therapeutic Kneads. The owners of this practice should consider themselves incredibly lucky to have someone with her level of skill, professionalism, and care representing their business. I would recommend Jessi to absolutely anyone looking for real therapeutic bodywork and an experience that goes far beyond a typical massage. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  Have had a few massages here, everyone is amazing! My favorite so far has to be Amy, im a deeper tissue kind of person and she hits all the exact spots with perfect firmness!

  During this massage, I decided that I can’t only leave good reviews. I have so much compassion for the service industry, I am in it myself. I would never want for anyone to lose their job and I don’t want risk their livelihood. Business owners need to do their own work and make sure that their practitioners are qualified. The massage I had was not from a qualified practitioner. It was almost unbearable. I could go on, but I’ll leave it at that.
