Our son’s contact had gotten damaged shortly after we left for vacation and he had forgotten to pack an extra pair. We called Pearle Vision and not only were they incredibly understanding but they were able to set us up with another pair of contacts so our son could enjoy his vacation without damaged contact! We were able to handle almost everything over the phone and they had the contacts all ready as soon as we got into town! They are fantastic and we couldn’t be more grateful!
