- JOJose OlveraSep 29, 20261.0I like the selection of frames, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. On September 21st, I receive an email with a 60% offer on select designer frames. I had my exam done and picked out a frame from one of the brands in the email. I was told that the particular frame was not part of the offer. The worst part was that the associate and assistant manager could not find a list of which frames accept the offer. I spent 1 hour waiting for some kind of resolution, but no luck. So I have to assume that this was false advertising. I was told they would look into finding a list of acceptable frames, but that does not mean that they will fit me or that I will like them. At this point I can't recommend Lens Crafters, even though I took my son and father to purchase their frames and glasses there.

Employee on 20 SEP spent 15 minutes looking for my contacts bc there’s no organization. At the end they don’t have a small bag to carry your product around so you walk around the mall like I did. I don’t recommend this place - shut it down

Less than five minutes!! To my surprise, Frank stated there would be no charge. I am so grateful with the quick turn around and the generosity of your employee!! Thank you very much!!! Kindness is so rare these days.
