Unfortunately, There was an issue with processing the transaction for the second pair that was in no way the fault of Lenscrafters or the store personel. The issue was entirely with my credit card provider. Despite me not realizing this at first and behaving and speaking rudely to her, Store Manager Shirley, went out of her way to assist me and remain a polished, customer service pro even after I was very rude. Thank you Shirley. Again, I am sorry. Also, thanks to Dr. Ho, Carlos and the entire team. Love my new glasses!

The first time was in 2017 - Gurnee location with Dr. Ho, the second time was at a different location in 2022 and most recently, back to the Gurnee location with Dr. Hene for an eye exam and a new prescription for eyeglasses and sunglasses. It was a great decision made on my behalf. It was a welcoming environment, both optometrists and staff were great. There's a good variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses of different brands. A big 'shout out' to staff that I met at different times.... Karina, Maria, Reggie and Frankie (he's the funny one)!!! You were all wonderful and offered great customer service! You kept the smiles on your faces and offered choices and the best services that you possibly can. I bet your manager, Sherry, is so proud of you!!
