The Trillium team offers a wide range of yoga classes for EVERYONE 7 days a week at both our Antioch and Grayslake locations. Some of our additional offerings include Aerial Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. We also offer private sessions in-studio or at the location of your choice.
