  I highly recommend Sound Mind Counseling! My son has been seeing Rachel from the practice for about 2 years. Before working with her, my son was struggling with confidence and frustration toward himself and others. In the past 2 years, Rachel's support has truly made a difference in his confidence and how he processes those feelings. She is incredibly patient and empathetic, and she has taught him many valuable self-regulating techniques. She often sends me artifacts or extra info to use at home. I also really enjoyed my one-on-one check-ins with Rachel. She listens without judgement, and helps me work through my own feelings and challenges. Counseling is only effective when the parent and child are working toward the same goal. The insights I learned from her has made a real difference in my parenting. Rachel is a gem! She can be both calm and playful when needed. We love working with her! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

  I am so grateful for the support my 10-year-old daughter is receiving from Rachel. They connect beautifully with children, creating a safe and comfortable space. My daughter feels heard, and the guidance has helped her immensely during a challenging transition time for our family. I highly recommend Christine for therapy. They have been an incredible source of support during a very difficult family transition. They provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space and practical insights that have helped me navigate this period with much more clarity and strength

  Stephanie has been amazing and I strongly urge anyone in need to reach out and visit them for assistance. She is thoughtful, sincere, brilliant, and makes the experience of receiving help both effortless and rewarding. I am beyond thankful for what she has done for me throughout the time I’ve been seeing her. I began using Sound Mind Councling several years ago after being referred to the practice by a family member. They provide a safe atmosphere, for all ages, that is clean and comforting. They are extremely accommodating in regard to financial plans and insurance needs, giving you direct access to the billing department while providing you with resources to ensure access to all their services. If I can give them more stars I would.
