  Sound Mind Counseling is supportive and flexible. They make finding the right therapist such an easy process. The therapists are so kind, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them!

  Stephanie has been amazing and I strongly urge anyone in need to reach out and visit them for assistance. She is thoughtful, sincere, brilliant, and makes the experience of receiving help both effortless and rewarding. I am beyond thankful for what she has done for me throughout the time I’ve been seeing her. I began using Sound Mind Councling several years ago after being referred to the practice by a family member. They provide a safe atmosphere, for all ages, that is clean and comforting. They are extremely accommodating in regard to financial plans and insurance needs, giving you direct access to the billing department while providing you with resources to ensure access to all their services. If I can give them more stars I would.

  I found Sound Mind Counseling 4 years ago and have experienced nothing but personal growth in my life ever since. I first met with Erica to provide context on my personal life and what I wanted to work on and she paired me up with an outstanding therapist, Stephanie! I am very pleased with the practice, their professionalism, expertise and care for their patients!

  Before Sound Mind, I often felt disconnected and dissociated. Today, I feel happy, grounded, and able to fully function in my life. I truly know I wouldn’t be where I am without Theresa Cheriachangel and Erica Leibrandt. The process was not always easy, but it was always meaningful. I was supported with compassion and honesty, and I was challenged when I needed it most. The growth I’ve experienced has changed the way I show up in my life, in my relationships, and for myself. Because of the work we did together, I’m now in a place where therapy is “as needed.” It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for the care, guidance, and unwavering belief they showed me throughout this journey. I will always be thankful. ❤️
