  I came in with a shoulder injury and tennis elbow. Candice spend 1hr with me each session diligently working on my pain and mobility. I couldn’t lift my arm over my head or squeeze my left hand with much force. After 10 sessions I am almost 100% and can lift my arm pain free, lift weights and hit golf balls with out any pain in my elbow and forearm. Candice was fantastic I highly recommend her.

  I had a great experience at this physical therapy clinic. Mac and Candice were both fantastic. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about my recovery. They took the time to explain everything, made each session productive, and created a welcoming environment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy care!

  Went for a consultation, which was prompt and directed. PT asked questions and then looked at my mobility. He then showed me some more specific stretches to help with my hip stiffness. Overall it was an informative 30 minutes. I liked how both the PT and PTA interacted with me, asking questions and getting information about what physical activities I do.

  The staff at ReLive clinic were instrumental in my recovery process. Both Mac and Candance deserve high recognition for their outstanding performance in caring for their patients.

  Great place! Mack and Candice are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with!
