She has such a warm, fun energy and provides the best cues to keep you focused and safe. From a 1:1 perspective, she attentively listens to your goals and limitations to program movement accordingly. I’m really grateful to have found such a great teacher and encourage others to join for classes! Finally, Sidney at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful :)

They have you purchase specific socks for the class that cost 20 dollars without notifying you ahead of time. Would not recommend
- BKB KAug 28, 20235.0A very spacious studio with 12 reformers, great variety of trainers (and equipment) to give different experiences, welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Classes for all fitness levels/ability. Highly recommend :)
