  I understand the importance of being on time, but a strict 5-minute rule is not always reasonable. I was late only once, and it was just 6 minutes, but the instructor did not allow me to join the Pilates class. People who are more than 10 minutes late usually miss too much of the lesson, and I understand that. But being 1–2 minutes over the limit because of an unexpected situation should be considered. Sometimes things happen, and there should be some understanding

  I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Club Pilates location. I booked my class through ClassPass several days in advance and received a confirmation. Then, Club Pilates canceled my reservation only about an hour before class. I didn’t see the email because I was already getting ready and on my way to the studio, so I arrived expecting to take the class. When I got there, I was told I wasn’t on the roster by who I believe was the instructor, Kelly Moore, who was also working the front desk. What made the experience even worse was her attitude. Instead of trying to understand what happened or help find a solution, she repeatedly asked whether I was at the correct location in a condescending tone, even after I showed her my ClassPass confirmation multiple times clearly displaying the correct studio, date, and time. Rather than acknowledging that Club Pilates had canceled my reservation, she made me feel as though I had somehow made the mistake. It truly seemed like she canceled my reservation on purpose to make space for others. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or take responsibility for the last-minute cancellation. I wasted my time driving to the studio only to be turned away because of an issue that was completely outside of my control. If you partner with ClassPass (which is a choice btw), you need a reliable reservation system and staff who know how to handle these situations professionally. Canceling a reservation only an hour before class with virtually no notice, then making the customer feel like they’re at fault, is unacceptable.

  Best instructors. They’re always watching your form and making adjustments that are best fit for you and your body. I’m already seeing great results. Love the location it’s always so clean and is in a great plaza where there’s delicious salads next door. Staff is so friendly and is willing to help out with anything they can. I look forward to coming as often as possible!

  I was introduced to Pilates about 3 years ago. I started at club Pilates in Glenview and never looked anywhere else. The staff and instructors here are amazing! It’s the only exercise I have stayed with and really noticed a difference in the way I feel.

  Great experience. They have been very patient with me as I am one of the older participants! Mary Ellen teaches an excellent class. She watches out for all of the members to make sure we have a safe experience. Good job with Covid cleanliness too.
