  I just stopped by the GNC in Glen Ellyn today with some questions about protein powders. Man oh man…I did not know there were so many factors to consider (I probably have more factors to consider as a result of a recent health diagnosis). Thankfully Jolly was on duty and very kindly and patiently explained the pros/cons/differences of various protein powders and how and when to use for maximum benefit. He really got into the details and actually wrote down some info for me when he could see I was not retaining everything. I am very happy that I stopped by to discuss everything with a pro such as Jolly rather than making a “best guess” by myself. THANK YOU JOLLY!!
