  I did the Y6 Sculpt class for the first time on Monday and I will be going back. Currently on a weightless journey and the class was a little hard for me. I didn’t know it would be 85 degrees in the class so that was interesting, however, I felt really good when I left. The instructor, Taylor, explained the movements well and she was really encouraging. She spoke to me before and after the class. I know I’ll get better if I keep going and the environment was welcoming, so I will definitely come back.

  I took the slow flow class with Gamie and loved it! The place was clean, staff was friendly and Gamie encouraged the class to listen to their body.

  I had such a great first experience at YogaSix! This was my first yoga class of any kind, and Taylor made me feel so comfortable from the moment class started. She was encouraging, easy to follow, and created such a welcoming environment that helped me feel at ease as a beginner. The front desk staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, answering my questions and making the check-in process simple. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone, especially if it’s your first time taking classes!

  From my very first class, I knew this was exactly what my body needed. It’s the perfect balance of challenging and supportive, and I can move at my own pace while still getting a great workout. I’m so glad I found YogaSix, it feels like such a great fit for me.
