I am not flexible and had never done yoga before, but I wanted to target mobility and agility so I attended the Geneva location. Slow flow and Restore and super accessible to newbies. You can always do alternate poses or add supports to help you throughout, and the instructors are great about it. I love Abby and Nellie as instructors, and I’ve also taken classes with Gamie and Vickie. A great way to disconnect with the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
