  Cole was wonderful. After I had narrowed down the frames I liked, he helped me pick the perfect pair. It was refreshing to have someone actually give their honest and helpful opinion. The service was also super efficient - I was in and out in 15-20 minutes.

  The customer service and quality of care, from the front staff to the doctor, at this location is above and beyond, just the best!! I loved all the help I got when choosing my new frames. The staff was fun and helped with picking just the right look. Thank you!!!

  10/10 experience! Staff was INCREDIBLE ! Last Monday I was at a competing “big box” chain and felt like I was being held up and robbed. Walked into this location praying for a miracle. The answer to my prayers goes by the name of Gino. I walked in, immediately greeted with a friendly smile. I gave a few guidelines for what I was looking for and he came back before I could even scan half the display wall with a stack of frames. The third pair I tried were the ones! INCREDIBLE experience! I’ve worn glasses for 25 years and this was the least stressful eyeglass experience of my life. Received my new frames yesterday, stopped by this afternoon for an adjustment. In and out in under ten minutes, tons of compliments from the rest of the staff on my frame selection. Note: I did not have an exam done here but this will be my one stop shop from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
