The instructors are amazing—they’re always helping you perfect your form to keep you safe and get the most out of every class, and they’re happy to offer modifications when needed. I’ve gotten so much stronger since I started. A special shout-out to Kat, Caroline, Maria, and Chloe. Thank you for your encouragement, positivity, and for making every class fun and motivating. You make this studio such a special place!

Sometimes a guided class really helps you focus on your fitness and suppelments whatever else you are doing. I am also a sucker for their cute bracelets and socks.
