Rosecrance Freeport

Rosecrance is pleased to expand our support of the Stephenson County region with both clinic- and community-based behavioral health treatment services. Our Freeport location allows individuals and their families to easily enter the Rosecrance care continuum that includes treatment at all levels, including residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient and, continuing care. Freeport levels of care and support include: Assessments for mental health and substance use disorders; mental health services for children, teens, and adults (individual, group, and family therapy; substance use disorder services for adults (intensive outpatient program or IOP, continuing care).
