- RGRaul GastonAug 25, 20261.0While the doctor’s side of Pearle Vision was positive and I give them 5 stars, the optical side for ordering contacts and lenses is very poor. I should have walked away when Rulene asked me to sit down at her counter and waited a few minutes while she finished her personal phone call with a friend or family member. I ordered $465 in contacts for a year on 7.15.26. Three weeks later, I'd not heard anything from Pearle about my order. I called multiple times, but they never answered the phone. When I finally got through, they told me my order was not in, but it was scheduled to arrive on 8.12.26. The date passed, and still no contact from Pearle, so I called multiple times again, but got no answer. I had to leave a voicemail to request a cancellation and refund for my purchase on 8.20.26. I called multiple times again on 8.21.26 to confirm they had canceled and refunded my order, and when I finally got a hold of someone, I was told to come into the store to process the refund in person. I went in to get my refund, then placed my order at Sam’s Club on 8.21.6 and received it today on 8.25.26. Pearl Vision couldn't fill my order in 4 weeks, but Sam's Club did it in 4 days. I'll gladly go to Pearle for their vision exams, but I'll never order my contacts and glasses with them ever again. Highly disappointed in their unprofessional customer service, lack of product delivery, and zero communication.

In addition, great service was provided with the pre-exam tests, as well as assistance with ordering new contacts and selection of new glasses. A true top-notch office.
