  Very disappointing experience. My husband’s membership was placed on hold due to an elbow injury, and we even provided a doctor’s note. Despite this, we were still charged without any advance notification. When we reached out to address the issue, the response was extremely unhelpful. We were told nothing could be done about the charges, and the only option offered was a future credit. There was no consideration for the fact that injuries don’t have a fixed recovery timeline, and no effort to handle the situation with understanding or flexibility. Overall, the lack of communication and empathy is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

  I don't know where to begin raving about this studio! I have been a member for 2 1/2 years. I did not know what to expect at first, being out of shape and new to pilates, but everyone was so welcoming and kind. Iram is a wonderful instructor who makes you feel like family-I look forward to seeing her every day. They offer classes at 6AM, 8 PM and everything in between, so you are sure to find classes that work with your schedule. The teachers are all excellent and each has their own style, so try them all out and find your favorite!

  I continue to have an amazing experience training with Iram. She is not just a Pilates instructor, she truly understands how to work with your body and your goals. What sets her apart is her attention to detail and the way she adjusts each session based on how you are feeling that day. Some days she pushes you (in the best way), and other days she helps you slow down and focus on form and control. Since training with her, I have noticed real improvements not just in strength and flexibility, but in how I feel overall and just better after every session. She brings a calm, positive energy that makes you trust the process. Highly recommend Iram to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and genuinely caring instructor.

  I've been going here for three years. It has paid off physically and I appreciate how friendly the staff and fellow participants. The instructors all have distinct styles and make it feel like a personal session.

  Came by recently and the staff was not the nicest. Although I live in Evanston, I’d rather make the commute to Oak Park or the city for a better experience.
