Join our Evanston Yoga Community at Ahimsa with Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative, Vin to Yin, Sound Events, Family Yoga and more!
We are open 7 days per week and stream most of our classes on Zoom. Your membership includes classes at all Ahimsa locations including Oak Park, Berwyn, Chicago (Wicker Park) and Elmhurst, Illinois.
Our experienced instructors are friendly and can help you modify your practice so it feels right for you. We believe in alignment, yoga philosophy, doing what's right for you, and enjoying the practice.
