My mother had her first appointment on 6/29 and I was notified that her insurance is no longer active. No problem, I gave her provider copies of her insurance cards to review. Spoiler alert, I work in healthcare and I know her insurance is active. A week goes by with no follow up. I called today and apparently the medical biller is on vacation and nothing can be done to verify her benefits. What a joke!

- JGJesse GarciaMay 28, 20255.0I started coming here a few weeks back because my mother was injured at work with a shoulder and back injury and every single visit has been great she has felt improvement after every visit and Steve has been a great help thanks to his patience and great work my mom is finally back to normal the whole crew have been very friendly and helpful i would highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to not hesitate and check this place out you will not be disappointed.
