    Sad to write this review because we really liked our provider. My mother had her first appointment on 6/29 and I was notified that her insurance is no longer active. No problem, I gave her provider copies of her insurance cards to review. Spoiler alert, I work in healthcare and I know her insurance is active. A week goes by with no follow up. I called today and apparently the medical biller is on vacation and nothing can be done to verify her benefits. What a joke!
