We have been with MIRACLE EAR for 20 years and she is by far the best employee that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. SHE was so patience with my husband when we came back for a check up to make sure all his settings were correct for him. She continued to fine tune his hearing aid on our 2nd check up visit. She is an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE and I hope that MIRACLE EAR realizes what a valuable asset she is to their company. She even offered her personal phone number and said to Text at any time if we had any questions or concerns. Her disposition was very warm and friendly. We would recommend MIRACLE EAR at this location--and especially we would recommend "KELLY". THANK YOU KELLY
- DMDonna MMar 26, 20255.0I went for a free hearing test (flyer) and expected to be encouraged to get hearing aides, possibly even if unnecessary, but I'm concerned about hearing loss. Kelly Browne took my information, gave a thorough, understandable explanation of hearing pathways, effects on the brain and the different tones. After I was tested, she explained the results well and said she wouldn't recommend aides at this time although my hearing is mildly below normal..I had a very positive experience, thank you Kelly, you are very good at your work!
