The next best thing since Kanye’s work out plan. My glutes grew 10 centimeters after one of Sara’s yoga sculpt class. I also have visible abs now. all in an hour class. thank you. -Veronica

Instructor was very good. Class was challenging and had good flows! But we were packed in like sardines. Instructor had no where to walk. 30 people in a VERY small room that is about 96 degrees. It was disgusting and unsanitary with everyone exhaling on each other. The sweat of the people next to me were dripping on my mat and it smelled. They should not allow that many people in the class.

One of my favorite studios! The Strength & Sculpt classes at CorePower Elmhurst are top-tier—super dynamic, challenging, and empowering. Julia, Courtney, Teri, and Jacqueline and all the instructors I've had hear have been incredible, my favorite classes are strengthX and sculpt. They consistently bring amazing energy, great playlists, and excellent form guidance to every session. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a killer workout and a welcoming community!

I got to experience the free 1 week trial and I was blown away with how everything worked out. I loved it so much I had to book my next month for only $99 unlimited sessions. The class teachers are amazing and do their job so well love how the bathroom is so girl coded too !! Would definitely drive that 24mins from my home for this
