The techs told her go see some frames until is time for your exam. She communicated that just want it the exam. THE APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:20!! Is already 2pm and didnt even pass her to the the Optometrist. As a health provider myself i dont let my patients wait. Period. Not coming again.
