Juwan was the best technician I have ever experienced with eyeglasses. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He exactly where to go to find the frames I was looking for. Juwan thoroughly explained all the features I wanted and gave me a great price on frames and lenses. Highly recommend!

Went in 5/13/26 for an eye exam and ordered glasses. Was told about 2 weeks for them to come in. Came in on 5/22/26 and was told the glasses were not in but they had been shipped (lie 1) and would be there 5/27/26. Went in on 5/27/26 and was told the glasses were not in but had been shipped (lie 2) and that the system doesnt tell them when the glasses will come in (lie 3) but should be here any day. Received a voice mail 5/28/26 telling me the glasses had not yet shipped and were still being worked on at the lab, promise date of 6/3/26. Went in today, 6/4/26 and the glasses are not here. Was told new promise date was now 6/10/26. I asked to cancel my order and was told I could not cancel my order until the glasses have arrived (lie 4). Was told they would call the lab to see what the delay was, and call me with more info. They left me a voicemail with no info and to call them back. I called back and was told the frames I wanted (which i was twice told were already shipped) were back ordered but the lab has them now and is planning on shipping them... 6/10/26. I asked to cancel my order and was told I have to be in the store to do that. Beyond frustrated, beyond inconvenienced at this point, and am done being lied to. Go someplace else.
6/18/26 Edit: Went in on 6/13/26, surprise surprise, glasses still had not shipped. Cancelled my order. Ordered the same glasses on glasses.com (for cheaper might i add) on 6/14/26. They arrived today 6/18/26. 5 day turnaround. You lost a customer Lenscrafters.

Terrible experience and they just lost a long time customer because of it
I got my eyeglass exam in Sept 2025 I didn’t need glasses but they still do the exam along with my contact exam. I didn’t need glasses in Sept when I went so I had no way of knowing the prescription they wrote was to strong for my eyes. I went to target to purchase glasses April 2026 and used the prescription from LensCrafters and the prescription was to strong. I went today to have them check my prescription in my old eyeglasses they added astigmatism in my left eye. I explained that it was to strong and my eyeball physically was hurting I could not wear them without feeling my eyes straining to hard to adjust. They told me to go back to target so I did and target told me I had to go back to LensCrafters and have them rewrite my script. So I go back to LensCrafters and ask them to waive the exam fee $69 since I already used my insurance. They told me they could not do that because it was past 3 months. I ended up paying and had the exam and they kept everything the same and took off the left eye astigmatism. I came back to target and they told me it was unnecessary for LensCrafters to do the exam that they would of just removed the astigmatism. In addition Target said it was a little fishy for them to have me come to target that they may of wanted the sale for themselves maybe hoping I’d get a refund and then purchase glasses with them. I specifically told the employee that they didn’t have the lens I wanted that’s why I purchased with target. I do not appreciate the run around and then having to retake the exam only for the dr to remove the astigmatism and the entire prescription be the same. I want a refund for the $69 I paid today or I will be taking my business to target.
Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique
How do I know if my child needs glasses?
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
