  Rachel was top notch to work with. Answer all my questions some before I even knew to asked them. As far as the Phonak Hearing Aids go they are a dream to use.

  Caroline and her staff were very friendly and efficient during my visit to Connect Hearing in Elgin, IL. I explained my requirements and was quickly tested and fit with a new device which has so far exceeded my expectations.

  Keri and staff are beyond amazing! They are extremely patient and knowledgeable. For me I had a unique experience and Keri has been with me every step of the way. She listens to concerns and is eager to assist! I would definitely recommend this team and definitely would return. Thank you for everything!

  See previous review. It is unfortunate that I had to post the previous honest review along with a fraud report to my insurance company to get action. However, that is what it took. A refund was immediately issued once I took these actions followed up by a phone message to them as such. I still never received a phone call nor apology but I finally got what was rightfully due to me. The unfortunate part is, is the service I received was very good up until this point. It make no sense for a business to take a potential 5 star review and turn it into a negative.
