  Connect Hearing - Elgin: Yesterday I met Caroline Do, audiologist, for a hearing test to update my hearing aids. Caroline was knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions, and is very personable! A good experience!

  CROOKS!!!!! My insurance covered all but my deductible and copay. Connect hearing told me this was $1929.00 so I wrote the check and left with my hearing aids. All was good until they sent me a bill stating that I still owed them $2213.68. I contacted my insurance who had indeed made their payment so no balance should be due. Come to find out according to my insurance Explanation of benefits and the negotiated amount I only should have paid Connect hearing $1375.00. NOW that it turns out that they owe me money in lieu of vice versa I cannot get ANYONE to call me back or to issue the refund amount of $554.00. This has been going on since mid August so they have had plenty of time to reconcile this matter. They have also failed to return my BCBS Insurances calls as well. I hope they cancel their contract with Connect Hearing. This is absolute THEFT.
