- AGAudrey GravesOct 29, 20261.0I visited this location as a new patient. The doctor there was nice and friendly and knew what he was doing. The reason for my 1 star review is because when calling back into the office to get a copy of my prescription (as I moved to a different state a week later because of a family emergency) I was told they would not provide my prescription until I paid my bill with them. I have vision insurance, mind you, and was waiting to see if my insurance provider would cover anything. I am a person that always pays my bills. When I explained my situation to the office manager, she said it was their office policy. I needed my prescription because my glasses were broken and needed to purchase a pair asap as I can't see without them. I asked them to make an exception and she refused. After doing some research it's actually not federally legal for them to refuse my prescription unless I paid the bill first. Highly disappointed in my interaction with the office manager and lack of compassion on their end.
