Poor little Dr. Swanson suffers from a terrible case of Napoleon Syndrome. Questions and concerns are addressed with an angry tirade as he gets very defensive, always standing behind and over you, never face to face. There was no introduction, minimal information and then a second outburst after my procedure. This guy must go home at night and kick his dog. Run don't walk away from this practice. Dr. Tom Fonner is by far the better choice. He is busier (for a reason!) and it takes a bit longer for an appointment but well worth the wait.

I"ve depended on Jay Swanson for many years now, for tooth extractions and dental implants. Extractions have always been quick and end with a suture so there is very little bleeding. My most recent experience was a sinus lift and three implants. Doctor Swanson and his assistant have worked together long enough that both know each step of the process, and know what to do next so no time is lost. My sinus lift and 3 implants took less than an hour from the time I sat down in the chair to when I was walking out the door. I won't consider going anywhere else as long as he is available.

I have anxiety and my BP sky rockets .I was very nervous about pain during extraction.i waited a little over a month to get in .the assistant june was very nice ,she explained things thru with me .she had me hold her hand through the pain .they numbed my gums .gave me the first round of shots .the ones on the roof of my mouth hurt a little bit .the second round not as bad.i was completely numb felt like a baseball tongue .I had seen some negative reviews online but my experience was as positive as it could possibly be for a full mouth extraction.the dr talked to his nurse about life that was calming my mind knew what was up ,I heard sounds or felt my face being manipulated..it was not terrifying like I had imagined I trusted him completely at this point .Dr had a very good bedside manner & explained everything. We got a cash discount 10 percent .highly recommend them .I got there at 7:30 am I was home 4 towns away by 9:30 am .he was not rough .half of my teeth were surgical I have a lot of stitches , antibiotics and pain meds for the first few days .thank you both so much

I was in an auto accident on a Friday afternoon. I had a lot of facial/oral trauma. Dr.Swanson worked me into his schedule on that Monday. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He showed me a lot of kindness and compassion. I spent the entire weekend unable to eat or drink. When I got there he discovered I had a fracture. He was very upset that the ER I was taken to didn't inform him of the fracture. He stated he would have come to me that Friday had he known. I am so grateful for him. He gave me the ability to eat and drink back. His nurse June.. I cannot brag about her enough. She worked hard to get me into be seen as well. She called me first thing Monday morning and before I left my appointment that day gave me her personal cell phone number to reach out with any questions. She followed up with me that week to make sure I was okay. I absolutely recommend this office for any oral surgeries you may require.

Is 0 stars possible?????? I cannot believe the staff here! And Dr Swanson?? Cruel cruel people! Took my boyfriend in to get 19 teeth pulled, he paid $900 extra so he could be put under because he has had past trauma that has scarred him to the point of a crippling fear of it. Anyways, they get him back there and tell him "you were mistaken, you won't be put fully under, you will be in and out of it" okay so what the hell does anesthesia mean??? Well they were right he wasn't fully out of it and was awake the whole time and Dr Swanson didn't believe him and asked him " okay well what teeth did we pull first?" And my boyfriend told him and Dr Swanson just started laughing and said nothing more about it! He asked him in such a sarcastic smart mouth tone! My boyfriend was moving around and making noises and they were getting very angry at him and told him to stop and "control your breathing!" Like how are you going to treat people this way???? I get you're good at what you do but you put trauma in people that they can't come back from! Your staff misinforms people on what will happen and it's just bad communication and terrible terrible behavior toward patients. You all should be ashamed and with all these reviews I don't know how you are still in business. There is alot more I have to say but don't have the time to type it all.
