- LHLeyla HarrellOct 24, 20265.0Thank you so much for everything you did for our mother. It has been such an actual miracle for her to have the ability to hear us. Thank you so much for giving this priceless treasure to our family.
- KPKaren Gougeon- PooleSep 8, 20265.0Gwyndolyn has done a great job with my mom, from the hearing exams, choosing the correct hearing aides, and the follow-up visits. She explains things in a way that we understand and is readily available for our questions. We enjoy her visits. Jose always greets us and makes us feel welcome. He also calls us to remind us of mom's appointments. Great office !
- BCBarb CawiAug 17, 20265.0I am really happy that I went to Miracle Ears they did a very thorough job testing and they informed me of the results which led me to purchase the hearing aids. I now have a much better life enjoying hearing again I knew I was needing something to hear more but had no idea I was losing so much of my hearing. Also the technicians and all the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I suggest just go and let them check you out it’s free and worth the time make an appointment. I went to the Glen Carbon office.
- DKDennis KellimAug 1, 20265.0From the warm welcome when you enter the store to the easy and comfortable hearing test it was a great experience. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch. In fact it was just the opposite for me. Turns out I didn’t need hearing aids at all. Just the removal of some stubborn wax in one ear. Highly recommend!!
- DBDale BarnettJul 23, 20265.0Good experience from the testing to getting hearing aids. After care is great. They explain everything really well.
