- GGgaran-harleyJun 23, 20261.0Have been going here for about a year, around 2 - 4 am and when the doors to the 24/7 doors decide to open, there is never any hot water in the showers. Made multiple attempts to get management to address the issue and still no hot water. Called to cancle my membership and was told I had to go to the gym in person to do so. Just to be directed to an automated terminal to use a web page to cancel. Just absolute garbage company all around. I could have delt with it if at the least the hot water worked. But without even the basics, don't bother. And the generic response of contact customer support goes absolutely no where either, they just copy and paste it onto every single issue. Horrible business practices.
