  I came into club fitness, choosing between this gym and a couple others. I was told when I signed up that I would be about to pause my membership ship at any time because I travel frequently. I let the employee know that was helping me about my frequent travels and going out of town and was told it didn’t matter how long or when I could pause the membership whenever. Well that was a flat out misinformed lie. I went to pause the membership “whenever”, come to find out it has to be 5 days before the billing date. The length was also a misinformed lie, it has to be paused for a month at minimum. I will not be renewing.

  I love this gym. Very clean. Has plenty of free weights and machines, so it's very rare that I wait to use anything. All the equipment is in good shape, and the place is a really good size. I never feel crowded or rushed. Incredible staff! My son goes to the Kids Club and loves all the workers. I feel safe working out here, and I feel my son is safe in my absence. All the staff I've met has been wonderful. Every single one of them. The best gym experience.

  Consistently no one at the front desk. Barely even at their desks in the corner and if they are at their desks, they’re on their phone. Found a forgotten Apple Watch and was only able to find an employee chillin in the kids area. Got the attention of worker for her to stare at me for 45 seconds like I was stupid but she’s in there talking up a storm and no one is working the front desk.

  The pink rap or should I say dance club music makes me feel like putting on a pink tutu and dance around gym as if my own intelligence dropped 5 levels and work outs feel weakened the same.....If your a gay man ...this is your place....

  Have been going here for about a year, around 2 - 4 am and when the doors to the 24/7 doors decide to open, there is never any hot water in the showers. Made multiple attempts to get management to address the issue and still no hot water. Called to cancle my membership and was told I had to go to the gym in person to do so. Just to be directed to an automated terminal to use a web page to cancel. Just absolute garbage company all around. I could have delt with it if at the least the hot water worked. But without even the basics, don't bother. And the generic response of contact customer support goes absolutely no where either, they just copy and paste it onto every single issue. Horrible business practices.
