The class is challenging, energizing, and leaves you feeling stronger every time. I love that it builds strength, improves flexibility, and gets my heart rate up all at once. The instructors (shoutout Taylor) keep the energy high, and I always leave feeling accomplished (and very sweaty!). Highly recommend for anyone who wants more than a traditional yoga class.
