  Five Stars! Wonderful Experience for My 101-Year-Old Grandmother I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Miracle-Ear! We recently brought my 101-year-old grandmother into the office(Downers Grove), and from the moment we walked through the door, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The office environment itself was incredibly warm and welcoming to her. The young ladies at the front desk are truly exceptional with elderly patients. They were so kind and patient, which instantly made her feel calm, comfortable, and safe in the office. Her Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS), Emily, was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything in a way that my grandmother could easily understand and ended up fitting her with the perfect hearing aids. To top it all off, she received the promotional gift exactly as advertised and experienced nothing but the absolute best care from the entire staff. Thank you, Miracle-Ear, for making hearing better for my grandmother. Because of your team, she can now clearly hear not only her immediate family, but ALL of her little great-great-grandchildren! We are so grateful.

  Honored their word. Hearing test was indicative. But I couldn't rely on the hearing test because the testing booth was noisy (HVAC sounds were noticeable inside the booth even with the headset on.)
