Really dreaded thought I'd have to go through finding new glasses for her because they couldn't be fixed. Bri was so courteous and efficient. Fixed mom's broken nose guard, replaced the one on the other side without my asking and polished her lenses. I was so relieved! No charge for all that attention and care! I will return for my own glasses, now that I know the excellent customer service this Lenscrafter provided!
