- JMJustin MinMay 8, 20265.0I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Shukla at MAPS. Unlike many of the numerous physicians who have been treating me for my very complex medical situation, he took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through. I tend to have severe ADHD and anxiety, so I tend to ramble and lose my train of thought when speaking. He didn’t rush me or interrupt while I was explaining my situation. While he was administering an EMG test rather than providing prior medical assessment, he took diligent notes and made me feel genuinely cared for. I came into that appointment with significant anxiety and fear, especially around needles and the test itself. Dr. Shukla administered the test with calm professionalism, and his gentle, positive tone throughout prevented what could have been an intense panic attack. He radiates a very strong positive and clear energy that made all the difference. Unexpectedly I left that appointment in a mood that was lighter and hopeful with a smile that is very rare these days in my life. I want to thank Dr. Shukla for being a light during a very dark time in my life. I hope to see him again for future testing, and I truly believe many others will have the same positive experience I did. He’s fantastic. I also wanted to mention the front desk staff and the overall vibes of the clinic were incredibly calm and professional. Although I do not want to have injuries that would require to come in more frequently than I need to, MAPS is a place I would feel very comfortable return to knowing I am in the care of strong gentle hands

I have been to Mayo many times, U of Wisconsin Madison, and all the Chicago Hospitals before I found Dr. Lubenow. Thank God that I found him. I have been with him for more than 20 years. I highly recommend him.
