  Great experience at Eyemart Express in DeKalb! Alaina was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. Along with the Dr and the rest of the staff they made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

  First let me preface this by saying that the eye doctor inside the building is not affiliated with them in any way. I will NEVER let that doctor examine me again. He was the most rude, aggressive, and condescending medical professional I have ever encountered. His own employee told me how often he makes her cry, said his entire staff is looking for other jobs, and told me to not come back. I was actually afraid of being alone in the exam room with him he was so intimidating. I purposefully had my phone in my hand in the exam chair because he scared me so much and when he came in the first thing he did was make me put it on a chair across the room. It was extremely uncomfortable. Look up Shah Vision or whatever it's called. That said, the ladies at Eyemart Express are wonderful. This is the new place I'm going for glasses for myself and children. I just will be getting our exams elsewhere and bringing our prescriptions in. I got my glasses about 6 weeks ago and Amber was very helpful and nice throughout the process. This week my toddler got a new Rx so we came in and worked with Faith. When Amber finished working with her customer she actually was entertaining my small children so I could work with Faith without distractions (we were the only ones in the store at the time). They had his lenses ready within an hour, but we chose to come back the next day because we had other errands. When we came back in Faith and Alaina were there and were once again super friendly and even gave us some chocolates for the road. 10/10 recommend getting your glasses here, but do not, under any circumstances, let that Shah Vision guy do your exam unless you like to be abused.

  When I went in there I had the best experience ever the people that helped me there were understandable and understood my situation and was happy to help me with what I needed 😊🙏

  Amber was amazing!!! She held strong as I took her on a ride while picking out a million glasses before finding the right ones, but she helped me find 2 pairs that completely fit ME!! I super duper appreciate all these wonderful employees at this store. Thanks again!! 😊
