Association for Individual Development (AID)

Behavioral Health Outpatient Services: Therapy On-Site: Provides counseling in a community setting at an AID Day Program location. Therapy sessions can help manage symptoms of a mental illness, cope with a trauma or help control emotions. Therapy In-Home/Community: Provides counseling in the clients’ home and/or in a community setting; removing barriers such as lack of transportation, day-care or mobility concerns. Community based services help increase follow-through with appointments and decrease missed appointments. SUPPORTED LIVING Allows people to live on their own and receive staff support at least once a week in their home which helps individuals thrive at work, in their personal lives and in the community.
