  Thank you so much, Catie. My family moved to the US two years ago for work. Since our English is still not very good, we had to ask her to repeat herself many times. However, she never showed any frustration and always responded to us with genuine kindness and patience. Thanks to her, my daughter was able to find her favorite frames, and it became a truly wonderful experience for us living in America. This is definitely an eyewear store that I would highly recommend to my friends. We are grateful from the bottom of our hearts.

  All of the staff at the Deer Park, IL location were welcoming, friendly, patient, helpful, very accommodating and answered all my questions with a smile. It was a very pleasant experience. The optometrist was friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even ones I didn't know I had. I would definitely recommend Warby Parker to my family and friends.

  After a car accident and a few days in the hospital, my glasses were broken and I had spent nearly three days barely able to see. I had work in two hours and stopped into Warby Parker hoping for a miracle. Steven, Shirley, and Will fixed my glasses in less than 20 minutes. What they did may have seemed small, but it made a huge difference during a really difficult week. Their kindness, urgency, and willingness to help got me back on my feet when I needed it most. Warby Parker should be incredibly proud of the exceptional customer service and genuine brand ambassadors they have in Steven, Shirley, and Will at the Deer Park location.   I had a problem with the prescription in the lenses of newly purchased glasses. After I visited my doctor and getting a corrected prescription, I returned to Warby Parker to get the lenses changed. I was seen quickly, the optometrist was very nice, knowledgeable, and ordered me new glasses at no charge.
