StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Deer Park offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

This location in terms of service deserves 6 stars for their service, thoughtfulness, experienced people and how I feel after the stretch experience. I never realize how off my body is and how much it suffers from my daily grind, sitting all day, until I experience their stretch routine designed for my hardships and tightness. I'm pretty conscious of that feeling before and after, and I recently told them that Jordan, who provided the service, did such an amazing job that I literally felt like I had more energy flowing through me. Like, I didn't need the coffee. Yeah. That level of energy. It is a game changer when you're with someone who is invested in improving your range of motion. Great place and it is worth my investment!
