  Just finished my in-house appointment with Alyssa. It's always so nice to see her. She's always so cheerful and helpful. I know that at the end of our visit, I will be back on the road to better hearing. I have been trusting my hearing to them for five years. I always deal with the same people, and I find that comforting. Decatur and surrounding areas are lucky to have such a competent business to trust their hearing needs to.

  Everyone who works at Sensible Hearing in Springfield, Illinois is helpful, pleasant and polite. I especially am impressed with Taylor, one of the audiologists. I highly recommend her.

  Sensible Hearing is awesome! They tested me and fit me with hearing devices and I was shocked at how much better I could hear. I didn’t realize how much hearing I had actually lost. Stephanie is excellent with patients and made me feel comfortable in the process. All the girls in the office are friendly and great at helping with all the techy phone features any time I stop in. I have referred two family members since I got my devices and they also love theirs!
