  My husband and I went to sensible hearing on the recommendation of a friend and we highly recommend it to anyone who is having hearing problems we recommend Alyssa because she helped us although the whole crew is very helpful and very professional

  This place went above and beyond! I had family visiting and had forgot the charger for his hearing aids. They didn’t have the exact one he had so they called the manufacturer and found a charger they had in stock that worked for his hearing aids. A huge thank you!

  I bought hearing aids and donated the aides my insurance paid for. When I received my hearing aides they forgot to bring the filters for them and was told they'd send them. I never received them. When I went for my first month check up, I was told they'd bring them. They forgot, they'd send them. Long story short I had to call and argue to get them. You also have to pay for them, which I had. Then the charger for my aides quit working. They had to send it in. When I went to pick it up I was charged 20 dollars for shipping. This company is great while you are giving them money, but after the check clears that friendliness is gone. They have received the last penny of my money. Go to Smith Hearing if you want true service. I finally got to speak to Stephanie. She took care of the problem and I got new replacement hearing aids. The people here are friendly enough as long as there isn't a problem. I felt like they were too busy to care about my problem. After I finally got to Stephanie she listened and said that's not right. I got new hearing aids. I'm not sure if I will go back, but if I do it will ONLY be with Stephanie. She is good at what she does. The company as a whole needs to listen to their customers. They are in such a hurry they forgot medicine is about people.
