  Very modern and up to date compared to some of the other metro Chicago YMCAs. Two huge pools, one for competition / laps, the other for family. Men, women's, and family locker rooms are available. Very nice lobby space, very open layout.

  We love spending time at this fitness center, especially on cold or winter evenings with our kids. It has become one of our favorite places to unwind and stay active as a family when the weather outside is not ideal. The staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming, especially toward children, which makes the whole experience very comfortable and family-friendly. We always feel genuinely welcomed every time we visit. I personally also really enjoy the sauna—it’s a great way to relax and recharge after a workout or a busy day. They also have a wonderful kids’ room, which is a big plus for families. Our son is not quite ready to stay there yet, but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before he starts enjoying it too. Overall, it’s a clean, friendly, and family-oriented place that we truly enjoy returning to.
