- SRS RossJun 15, 20261.0I was assigned a nurse however my nurse never got back to me, called literally once a week for four weeks no phone call back. The appointments I did have always had to wait 20-30mins. I’m not sure if they are overbooked or what. This is just my experience. Very nice customer service however just slow.
