  Not a good experience from start to finish. I highly do not recommend the “virtual” exam, it takes forever and there are extra fees associated with it too (imaging must be sent to the virtual Dr because they are not there in person to examine). I do not recommend this location as a whole due to the inside being run down (nasty carpet/rips in chairs/brown water spots on ceiling) and not a transparent experience, shady business. I immediately left and went to another Pearle location who took care of me and were truthful and reasonable.

  Horrible experience and service. I am never coming to this location again! I was booked for my yearly visit automatically, come to find out it was a “virtual” trip exam (no issues there). What pissed me off was that it being a virtual consultation (which I never agreed to!) I was told that there was an image of my eyes that was mandatory and I had to pay up. I declined the image as I normally do but was told “you can’t”. Cancelled and left, such a scam to force the test.

  Fast and accurate service, glasses were ready in a satisfactory time frame. Neftali is awesome and was very insightful, he really knows what he’s talking about!

  Had an appointment at Pearl vision this morning and was looking forward to the great service from the Doctor there. Had heard nothing but good things about him and his professionalism. Got to the appointment on time and instead of being seen by the previous days receptionist there was a new person who came to check me in. He was immediately Arrogant with a very Nasty attitude. So much so that I requested my appointment cancelled and got up and left, all the while he was trying to be condescending and Smug. Like a Miserable person who wants others to be miserable along with him! It made me so upset that they would have someone so Volatile greeting Patients. The Doctor and other Staff can’t not know that this guy is Bad for business. Great Doctor but Very Bad Male Receptionist . So zero stars from me. Thank you
