From the very beginning, they made the process easy to understand and ensured I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I had to bring my son with me to two of the visits, and they were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and patient, which made a huge difference. Their kindness and attention to participants really stood out throughout the study. I truly appreciated how organized, informative, and supportive they were, and I would gladly participate in another study with them in the future. Thank you, Madison, Jen, and Karen, for making the experience such a positive one!

Outside of the trial, the doctor assisted in identitying an allergic reaction that had occurred in my right eye and provided me a solution and coupon. That was very much appreciated. I was also very pleased to find that my eye color was dark green. Overall I had a great experience at the Mid-State Eye clinic. Thanks for having me.
