The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, absolutely professional in their treatment and plan for my situation, and very accommodating to my needs. In today’s world of get ‘em in and get ‘em out to maximize profits, how refreshing to be treated as a person instead of $! Kudos Smalltown Dental-Chillicothe!
- JKjane kingSep 14, 20261.0I should have been informed that after many years of using a local Chillicothe Dentist that they were no longer in our network. Last year they were, this year not. Of course my appointment for this year was made last year. While cleaning my teeth for my annual cleaning a corner of a molar was broken off and the filling fell out. There was no way they could refill the tooth. Crown necessary. THEY checked my insurance, reporting my ins. would pay $1000. on a $2260. estimate for all my services. OKAY. I can deal with that. Of course the dreaded contract must be signed. My ins. paid $60. on the cleaning, nothing else because they are out of network 🙄. Needless to say they can definitely cancel my appointment for next year. Beware! Very disappointed in their tactics.
